On damage paper they didnt check and sign damage on front of car...I showed their personel near car...If i didnt see and show him may be they will take 500 euros for this damage...I have photographs...Its not game,they should be serious!

This location is mixed in with other rental companies, and the sign is mixed in with others when you enter. Overall, the car's condition is good, the price is reasonable, and I highly recommend it!

Personne dans la cabane pour m accompagner lors de la prise de location Donc des photos car portes latérales avant abîmées et siège arriere tout collant!!!! Personne pour m aider à rentrer la voiture dans un espace de location tout petit dans un parking souterrain ;heureusement un monsieur m a aidée à manoeuvrer sans quoi j aurais probablement rayé la carrosserie... Donc bilan mitigé....

They kept increasing the price and wouldn't rent us a car even though they had one available; they wanted us to upgrade to a premium vehicle.

The car was not the Fiat 500 i expected but a nice opel corsa, very clean and new. The pick up counter was a bit hard to find we search then ask to the information desk. The counter ladies was very nice, she welcome us with a big smile and a little joke, explanation was clear and quick. Same service at drop off. That make all the difference and let us a good memories. Thanks

Service was very good, and returning the car was quick. The only issue was an extra charge that wasn't explained. It took multiple communications and a long time to get the charge refunded.

The car was perfect for what we needed, very new and spacious. Although the sat nav may need some updating as it sent us on a few adventures a few times. But overall it was a great experience.

The pickup process was smooth with no issues. However, the return experience was very poor. The wait time was long, the staff were constantly doing other things, prioritizing European customers, and their attitude was not good.
