We had guaranteed concrete model, but did received a different car. When asked about it they didn't try to resolve it in any way. When asked when the ordered car could be available they said in a month. Probably to just get rid of us.

Though the van itself had issues and had to be replace midway through our trip, the customer service at M7 was excellent. When we first picked up our van, Gus offered us umbrellas to use throughout out rental time in case of rain. Then when we had car trouble he took responsibility for it and replace our van with a new one the next morning. Gus was excellent to work with.

The car was in pretty terrible condition. The engine light was on (we were told they recently replaced it and didn't have time to reset the settings). The gas was only a 1/4 full (though they initially told us it was full). The AV system did not work. The location was incredibly difficult to find (it was listed as "in terminal" pickup, but ended up being 20min away at some random place that did not have an office or sign). The only saving grace was that the associates who worked there were easy to communicate with and accommodated picking up the car at the airport (as was originally advertised on QEEQ).

When I made this reservation, it was clearly indicated that pick-up would be at the airport only, with no mention of any other location. However, upon arrival, I discovered there were no M7 rental car facilities inside the airport, leading me to believe I had been scammed. I later found out that the agency actually delivers the car to the airport. It would have been very helpful to have this information included in the reservation details to avoid any confusion. But other than that, everything was great.

Very good. The Taiwanese service provider is much simpler than Times and also much cheaper. The car models are great. I hope they can offer more Mazda convertibles. It's a pity I couldn't rent one.

予定予約をしていた車を借りられず、当日車を変更して欲しいとの事…それもスポーツカーらしき物、値段はそのままで良い、返却時のガソリン満タンもしなくて良いのでチェンジしてもらえないかと…断れきれなく了解したものの、やはり車高は低く乗りにくい。 車内は狭過ぎるし運転もしにくい。如何なものかと？

Service of counter staff were very good both at pick-up and drop-off. Car in good condition and we love it. However, there was some disappoint which we were so surprise about the staff at the airport... It was the time when we went to wrong drop-off location,as GPS guided us to the airport (where the shuttle bus picked us up to get the rental car). We saw one man with Times sign, he was SLEEPING while waiting for arrival passenger. We didn't want to wake him up but we had to and yes, he DIDN'T WANT TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION. We asked him where we can drop the car off and what he answered us was just pointed his finger to the door, DIDN'T EVEN OPEN HIS EYES. Luckily, we found the place in the next 5 minutes.

Other rental companies have staff to greet customers in the international arrivals hall, but Nissan did not. The rental company staff did not pre-record the car's scratches on the form; they only noted them when the customer pointed them out. It was raining when we picked up the car, and the vehicle was parked outdoors, which made it difficult to inspect the body.

The rental route suggested by online users is totally accurate! After exiting the airport, walk for 2 minutes to 11B. The staff will give you a number tag, and a free shuttle bus will take you to the office.

Completely unable to communicate. Is an IDP obtained by overseas students not recognized? Ridiculous. At another car rental company, I rented a car without any issues.
