Since the pickup was not at the airport, there were very few people. Considering the efficiency of British service, it was relatively quick. However, the return process at the airport was indeed fast, possibly because of having full insurance.

Like: I rented a vehicle to travel extensively throughout the United Kingdom and it was well worth it. Clean reliable vehicle and friendly extremely helpful staff
