This time, I rented a Citroën SUV and discovered it had only been driven for over 7,000 kilometers—it was practically a brand-new car! The interior and exterior were spotless, as if it had just rolled out of the showroom, instantly boosting my impression of the store. Once I hit the road, the car's performance completely won me over—quick and responsive power, solid and stable handling, and a chassis that absorbed shocks with a refined feel, far exceeding my prior perceptions of the Citroën brand. Honestly, this rental experience made me rethink the brand, with driving quality so impressive that it even sparked thoughts of buying one myself! Beyond the vehicle, the store’s service was professional and efficient; the pick-up and drop-off process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. We had a minor collision on the highway in the UK and filled out the quick resolution form ourselves. We also called QEEQ's customer service, who said that as long as the car was still drivable, it was fine. We were quite anxious when returning the car, especially since it was a holiday and only a lot attendant was present. Fortunately, there were no issues afterward, much to our relief. We highly recommend purchasing super insurance and calling QEEQ customer service for guidance in case of an incident. They are more helpful than the insurance company's customer service!
