El auto estaba sin los botones traseros de seguro, sucio por dentro, la tapiceria despegada, el boton de ajuste del asiento del copiloto despegado. La atencion del personal es buena y reporte estas situaciones para mejoras futuras. En adelante revisaré muy detenidamente las condiciones del vehiculo antes de recibirlo. estos detalles estaban en la parte de atras y solo los percibimos al iniciar el viaje el fin de semana

The car was predominantly as expected. It had a few scratches etc but these had all been recorded. We arrived at a busy time so had to wait for a shuttle and then at the counter for quite a while. Return was super simple and no issues. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The handsome Mr. Lokr from front desk was professional & helpful & speaks good English; pick up & drop off were easy & smooth; we got an upgrade to a big Opel Insignia!

Price drop never worked in my booking; I’ve given up on it

Car was fine. Guy at the counter was very aggressive in upselling insurance etc. Made it seem like it wasn't optional. I had to challenge him to get him to remove the extra insurance and he said "we should at least add the breakdown cover for only €5 per day" and made it sound like I had no choice. Was not a pleasant experience.

Qeeq was great as always

The pick up was super quick and we got upgraded at pick up, the car was great, completely new and worked as expected

Overall the booking experience was quick Just one thing, we got the insurance through QEEQ but the car rental company didnt see it as a valid insurance so we had to pay a 2300€ deposit.. it was fine because in case something happened we were covered and we could file a claim but it seemed overly cumbersome

Counter located out of Airport building, near the public parking - just close to other rental companies. We've got Fiat Tipo instead of Ford Focus - in fact the same car class. Car had two major damages an several scratches on different parts. Clean outside and inside. Staff communicative and helpfull. Good experience during drop off.

I think Mr Punit Anand should be singled out for commendation. He is an asset to Autostrad

This was basically just Hertz. Full hertz service but with a lower price tag! They said they weren't too fussed about scratches etc. to the car and didn't try hard to upsell insurance.

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who did not pressure me re insurance. Their site was close to Bergamo Railway Station and away from the airport. We were collected from the airport and taken to their office - and as we were travelling by train they dropped us at the station at the end of our trip. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Easy to book and we are sure we got the best value.

The car was clean but the fuel tank wasn't full. The car company argued that it was same to same when the booking document clearly mentioned that it is full to full. The staff at drop-off was quite helpful

The car was in excellent condition and the staff was friendly. Pickup and drop-off were quick. They didn't communicate clearly about the toll money which they charged me one month later but it was fair.
