Great service by the lads in the counter, they were always available and so helpful. Unfortunately we had several issues with the car, but Green Motion staff did their best to accommodate us. I’d recommend this company because of their staff, and advice to spend a little more and get better car.

Car return is a bit confusing, chic gave a GoogleMap pin, but does not navigate much within Airport building.
Getting to 1st floor for drop off is a bit confusing, had to exit & re-enter Airport again...
not Chic's fault, the signboards are confusing
GO TO TAXI STAND IN AIRPORT,
Car return is beside it, you will see Chic staff in their uniform work-jackets, hard to miss...
call Chic before entering airport so staff is ready for return process (under 10 mins)
Over all great experience, family loved it.

I have some complaints about the company.They asked to charge me for 37 euro if i drop it off at 06:00pm as had asked so i drop it off the previous day.thanks you.

But pickup location is hidden and not easy to find. Other than that, great experince. Will recommend to use it.
I do not recommend green motion. Go for safer options. Reasons:
- They will send invoicies afterwards for car not enough cleaning.
- Spead ticket that i did not commit
- The pickup and drop off location is not at airport and is far away.

I got later than expected to the Avis office, after midnight some people in line but moving fairly. We got a Ford Expedition instead of a Suburban, unfortunately it had some problem that made the engine to over heat, that night I was unable to identify the problem because we drove 5 min to a nearby hotel, it was until next day while we were driving to our destination when we found out. I waited 4 hours in a parking lot for a tow to get the unit replaced. This issue made us to lose almost all day, I got the replacement unit aprox. at 4 pm
I was taken to Budget to get the replacement car, the manager JORGE made an excellent job to take care of it ASAP and were given another Expedition but in much better shape than the first one.
Return was fast. It was unfortunate to have a car with a mechanical issue, probably only short of coolant but who knows, not to risk it when you travel.
The process of the replacement could have been much faster, not very good communication with service providers.

Reservation process was simple, fast & convenient.
The stuff on counter and also on return fields was very nice, friendly and helpful. Instead of booked Toyota RAV4 Hybrid I got Alfa Romeo Tonale Sprint Hybrid. The car was new, clean and in an excellent technical condition. All passed nice and smooth. In T1 BCN very nice peoples work in Record Go - all is very comfortable and good organized. Thanks!

Upgraded to a larger SUV. Which we were happy about but other drivers may not have been comfortable with it.

We need to get more familiar with the insurance and protection terms.
We would like to complain. The car seat in which we ordered wasn't fitted to the vehicle. It was placed in the car for us to fit. The $70 fee was still charged at location and we don't feel the service was met. If we had of known this we would have saved our money and bought our own with us. Very disappointed with Alamo and won't be using them again. The whole process was very stressful in the heat after a long flight with our toddler.

Picked up car in port canaveral budget office. The office was very crowded... it took 55 mins to get through the rental line. Building not fit for purpose and toilet was not fit for use by human or any known living animal.
The shuttle service was extremely slow so we had to use uber (Saturday morning... 20usd + tip to go 2 miles). I guess shuttle service is that slow due to the small size of office and it is better to have people line up in cruise terminal than at the office.
Staff were very efficient and polite. Car was very clean and met our expectations.
Chose an upgrade on pickup as originally chosen vehicle looked small. Upgrade cost was reasonable. Hand over was good, shuttle transfers good and return was smooth.

Was given a cost from QEEQ for a satnav to be paid direct to GoByCar on pickup. However GoByCar said they didn’t do them and never had. To their credit, they did show me how to connect my phone to the car’s display screen though this wasn’t a great success.
Directions to shuttle pick up point should have been clearer.
Was not clear that insurance MUST be purchased regardless of if you have other coverage. They charged $100 a day for insurance when every other place was less than half of that.
The guys are courteous, quick and easy to communicate with. Very fast pick up and drop offs. Helpful with me having 2 kids (one of which is a baby) a stroller, and a luggage.
Counter staff and shuttle staff was AMAZING! The car was a little underwhelming. Very banged up, windshield wipers didn’t work good and it rained so much 2 of the days. The rental car even over heated one day so the shuttle driver came and swapped us a car. But we had to wait for 2 hrs for responses.
