We were upgraded to a bigger vehicle which was a mixed blessing and were overall happy with our experience and Europcar's staff. One exception being charged for a scratch on a door handle which will unlikely to be fixed (car already had previous scratches).

Staff were simply brilliant. I have never enjoyed picking up a car so much. Genuine personal service arguing about cars. Would have been quite happy to have stayed for longer

Your app and log in is poor. Translation of English is poor “how many luggages you brought” is not English. Customer support is not 24/7 in chat. But the system works.

Accueil bien passé jusqu’au moment où ils ont essayé de me facturer des frais de prise en charge à l’aéroport de 65 dirhams ce que j’ai naturellement contesté car je n’ai pas entendu parler de ça lors de ma réservation et ils ont mis presque 20 minutes à le chercher pour me le montrer mais sans succès, ensuite ils se sont rendus compte qu’il n’y avait pas de disponible le peti suv que j’ai réservé mais sans rien me dire ils m’ont tout simplement indiqué voici la voiture que vous avez réservé en me montrant une berline et j’ai catégoriquement refusé et finalement j’ai eu une gamme supérieure. Je trouve qu’il y a eu une intention de tromperie.

Due to a change in plans I needed to retun the car ealy to Cairns on Sunday 25th Feb meaning I am owed a refund for the unused days. I was told at the counter that an updated invoice would be genrated via email. That has not happended at this point. I would like to request a car hire refuen for the unsed days. I was due to return the car on Wed 28th Feb so am owed three days charges.

The car was excellent and the service was great. They were real eager to please and went out of their way to pick up and return me to the airport.

Great prices in comparison to other sites. Smooth and effortless collection and drop-off. Courteous staff were very helpful and al the extras I asked for were also included as per booking. Car great, clean and ready to drive without fault. Very happy with this booking and will booking again.

Outstanding customer service at the Felirent counter near Malpensa's (MXP) Terminal 1. No hassle pick-up and drop-off from the airport. Very helpful, cheerful and competent staff.

Very good way to find remarkably low prices using the user-friendly Web site. The price-drop watcher after making the reservation is terific!

The agent at collection gave excellent service, thoroughly checking the car for damage by using a video and gave advice on parking and petrol stations on the island. Easy handover at the end.

Didn’t know there was a free shuttle to ok mobility just out of the airport, spent $30 on a taxi, advertising this a little better would help.

Long time to pick up. Had to return to change car as passenger seat was very dirty and sweat stained. Drop off was out of hours so no issues.

Booking platform was good however with another hire in NZ we have had an additional charge of £60 from Avis for no reason. I will pick this up with QEEQ separately on my return to the UK.

Car pick-up and drop-off are excellent, BUT releasing the blocked deposit is not at a bar with the other companies, they will keep blocking the deposit in your credit card for at leat 21 days, waiting for any traffic fines or toll charges. This is unusual and I didn't face such experience with international car hire companies. So if you don't mind seeing a blocked amount in your credit card for 21 days, I highly recommend them.

No problem. Car had 333,000 kms which i thought was excessive, turns out i maybe need to keep my own cars longer!

Only issue was changing the time of pickup. Wanted to change it to earlier and not able to do it on the web site. Staff accompanied us at pickup.
