Only slightly disappointing thing was the rear of the vehicle had not be cleaned. Also, I think this is generic to all hire companies is that they don't charge hybrid cars before renting them.

Car provided for rental was not what I paid for. I specifically requested a Manual transmission Audi A4. I was provided a completely different vehicle with an automatic transmission. I would like a partial refund.
I did not have the type of vehicle rented but an inferior and smaller vehicle despite the reminders I did not have the desired vehicle, I extended by two days with a price higher than that on the internet for the same period , despite the request to exercise the same price no response was given

I reserved 2 vehicles before this, larger ones, and where rejected because there wasn't availability. Ok, It's something understandable, but what it is not, is that they take 3 days to tell me that, and the amount of money that I had blocked on my credit card for this two cars take a long time to be unlocked.
The car was a disgrace. The wheels wobbled, the drive shaft vibrates and the diff whined. Gave me a headache words don’t express how awful this hire was
Disaster finding where to pick up the car. Infuriating. Spent over an hour first finding their location and then actually locating the car. What a waste of time!

Staff was very helpful and getting the car was a smooth process. The car itself was fantastic. The only issue is limited boot depth which doesn't allow for a pram + large luggage. Large luggage was kept in the back passenger seat. This is not an issue with the car, but maybe a point to note for future renters.
