Hertz rentals car parking the most far parking from the airport building. I ordered Skoda Octavia, but they give me Skoda Rapid and tried to prove that the cars are in the same category. I took the Rapid, because, finally, there are was no additional cars on the parking. The parking is very small.

Way to expensive and only 200 km/day included. A few days before I returned a Kluger, 40$/day, everything includedm/day included ... This one was x5 as expensive.

Booking platform is okay.

The SUV worked perfect to transport 2 golf carryon cases plus 4 people and 6 small carryon suitcases. It had great gas economy. Nice car, nice heated seats. Comfortable ride.

The service at Europcar was fast and efficient. Since they didn't have my booked car model, I received an upgrade which was a very pleasant surprise. I booked a Toyota Highlander and received a brand new Mercedes GLC. I loved it!

They lied and said my credit card wasn't working and that it kept declining when they tried to charge the 2000.00 security deposit. i called my CC company in front of them and they told me that there was no transaction being made. They lied and said it declined because they wanted me to pay for insurance when i had proof of my OWN. i fought with him and he showed care in the world. what a shame.

No lighting in the parking lot. I couldn't see damage to vehicle until the next day, after I had turned in damage indicator sheet. The 2nd day, in the light, I saw a cracked windshield, cracked mirror casing, lots of dings and scratches. Also, the car smelled like smoke. The car ran rough. The car needed an oil change after just a few miles driving, as well as "service 4WD." Advantage needs to take care of their cars better.
