My 3 stars for value were because it turns out I could have rented an equivalent car for $25/day at a different car hire firm but was charged $41/day at Budget. Obviously that affects my rating for “Overall Value”. Otherwise it was an excellent car hire.

Excellent website.

Staff wasn't the friendliest upon pick up and the car mileage on the contract did not match the actual mileage. I would've been charged extra for going over the included miles if I didn't point that out. Car was dirty inside and out but I didn't really mìnd it. Car return went well.

ended up upgrading the car to a larger vehicle. there was a bit of a wait to pick-up, but otherwise the process was good and friendly. The car had not be cleaned before hire (rubbish inside and obviously still dirty on the outside).

I left the car on time at but they still charged me for 2 days.

I had a Smart for four, which was a nice car. Clean inside and comfortable. Staff were efficient

Easy to use

Counter staff very helpful. The website easy to use.

Instead of the Mercedes I ordered I received a Scoda Octavia VRS but the car was excellent and no complaints.

Car was fine for two of us. In good condition.

Everything was ok but the car's inside windows were dirty making a constant halo with the sun or at night. The trunk still had an old newspaper and water bottles from a previous custommer.

The car is a bit too old.

Incredibly long wait at the counter, incredibly poor customer service at check out and drop off.

Lack of communication between staff. There is no relevant record for the change of car. The instructions for picking up the car are not the same as when returning the car.

Received what expected

Global car is a fine and good company.

We expected a Toyota Corolla but got a very basic Hyundai Accent, no cruise control and very poor acceleration, the car we received had a lot of superficial damage and there was a hint smell of smoke in the vehicle.

The location in Terminal 2 at CDG was a bit hard to find, perhaps because I was picking up at 8:00am, and the counter in the terminal wasn't open, so I had to go outside. However, general directions are given to how get there, and I was able to find it and had a smooth experience after that. Terminal 1 is a little more congested and hard to navigate, but all the staff was friendly.

Booking was fine- the app frequently logs you out and is not smooth, so hopefully they'll work to make a smoother user experience.

Initial car had two illegal front tyres. Very slow at the desk.

Everything was perfect excepts the fact that we’d had to wait for the company’s representative for another 30 minutes at the airport before we had picked up.

When I check in: Interrent Office was closed we have to go to Goldcar Office, where we have to wait around 30 minutes. When I check out: I park car at Interrent parking where I pick IT Up, Interrent Office was open, but I have to go to Goldcar and than I have to reparking the car as Well.
