Service the car slightly more. The car that was given (produa bezza), the passenger doors lock were not working. We had to manually open the lock from the driver's door everytime we parked.

I got a car free upgrade . I am happy to it. Staff was nice and friendly.

We booked just a small car, but then we didn’t expect that they gonna give us a big car(suv) the staff are really nice tho!

Thrifty should hold the deposit amount on our credit card and not directly charging to it because when they return back the amount which is in foreign currency, I lose $30 for the exchange rate.

Car was in good condition & clean. Pick up location requires abit of a walk to find but process was fast.

For our opinion we received a lower class of the car than we paid for!

The green motion attendants sold us cross border insurance of 45 euros even though we did NOT cross the Bosnia border. When we tried to rectify the situation with Greem Motion, we were rudely dismissed and not refunded. Very disappointed.

The process pretty much went smooth but did have a time finding the drop off location. Parked in one spot only to be told that I needed to move it around. Also we chose to bring car back empty as they explained it was much cheaper as they got a deal at 93 cent. Overall I would certainly use Thrifty again as by far the cheapest. I did book it very early on, like March, for our trip in September.

Easyrent cars went smooth. Quick easy booking on line and customer service was polite when I called.

Car was not ready when arrival. The car smelled like cigarets. Tolls transporter was activated even when it was locked in the provided box even after denying the service.

Signing the rental contract didn't take long - no hard sell either. Collecting the car was also easy and the staff were friendly. Easy drop off on return and no problems. Would use again.

Easy to book and got exact car that I booked. Overall very pleased with the booking process.
