At first, we got a Nissan Qashqai with a problem in the back seatbelt, which prevented it from buckling up safely. The staff gave us another Nissan Qashqai, but there was a problem with the driver seat that couldn't be adjusted. The 3rd Nissan Qashqai was good; everything worked properly. The thing is that every time we needed to remove our luggage, it was hard. The staff was friendly, but it cost us a 1-hour delay because of all the changes.

Initially, we went to a small counter on the first floor of the airport where several companies were represented, but there was only one person, so we had to wait in line forever. Later, the desk staff told us that if we were Alamo customers, we could go directly to the car pick-up point to handle everything. At first, we didn’t understand where the pick-up point was and spent a long time searching outside the airport. We even asked a police officer for help, and the officer eventually took me back to the desk to ask the staff members, and that's when we figured it out. On the bright side, we got a very positive impression of Dutch police—thumbs up!

Booked a car from Budget, but at the location, Budget and Avis share the same counter. The car we got had the Avis logo. It was actually a hybrid Toyota Yaris, very new with only 2,000 kilometers on it and fuel-efficient. The car was equipped with CarPlay, making it easy to connect the phone for music and Google Maps navigation.

We got a nice car, Hyundai Tucson, a fairly economical hybrid SUV. It was in great condition. Service staff was brilliant. Drop off in Salzburg was a terrible experience as Avis is located in some kind of mini mall with no obvious drop off location.

Good staff, but the drop off after hours is just terrible as you have to park on the street and pay for parking in downtown Amsterdam. Parking is very expensive and there are no parking places. Drove around in circles in the dark in heavy traffic for a while, I then decided to buy (expensive) hotel parking for the night. Also, we did not get the hybrid we ordered, so petrol fees were higher than expected

The efficiency at the pick-up and drop-off points is somewhat low. Although the rental fee itself is cheap, there are additional charges for car wash when returning the car and for crossing borders from the Netherlands to Belgium and from the Netherlands to Germany, which are not insignificant (smaller rental companies can indeed be quite tricky).

Had booked Ford Focus and got Citron C4 which was smaller as such we faced problem with the luggage space. Thought the staff could have been more supportive in allocating a bigger car since the car we booked was not available. The pick-up location is to mins by shuttle. its a Hassle to carry your luggage up to the car pick-up location.

Hello, I rented a car in the Netherlands through Zuzuche from 5/20 to 5/24 and paid 1215 RMB online as the rental fee. After returning the car, I noticed that HERTZ charged me an additional 95 euros. Could you please clarify what this charge is for? Additionally, my credit card statement for this month on 6/5 shows another charge of 30.25 euros from this same Dutch rental company. Great service, fast and more convenient than renting from Avis in France. Called from A15 and they picked us up in 5 minutes to get the car. Returning the car was easy too, with a gas station right next to the shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is acceptable.
