The car pickup point is conveniently located just to the right after exiting the airport. This time, I was lucky to get a brand new MG3, which had only been driven for less than 70 kilometers. The pickup process was very simple, I just had to swipe the pre-authorization and sign to get the car. There was no pressure to buy additional insurance, but the car had an empty fuel tank, which made me a bit anxious upon leaving the airport. We drove approximately 2200 kilometers over the course of 20 days. The drop-off process was also quick, requiring staff to cancel the pre-authorization on the credit card.

Do not be deceived! This is the worst car rental company I have ever used. The listed price seems cheap, but after booking through the platform, I took a taxi for an hour to the airport to pick up the car, only to be faced with all kinds of additional charges, hidden fees, and unreasonable terms. After calculating everything, it was almost the same cost as other rental companies. Moreover, I returned the car nine days early and received no refund, and the absurd one-way fee was just added to the list. Unexpectedly, I lost the registration certificate, and they charged me 390 euros as compensation.

We arrived on time at the Casablanca airport car rental service point to pick up our car, but the queue was very long. The first car they gave us was not the correct model; we had reserved an automatic, but they gave us a manual Dacia Logan. We questioned this, and the rental company admitted their mistake and promised to replace it with an automatic. After waiting for some time, they gave us an automatic Skoda, which we then discovered was leaking oil. The rental company took us directly to a repair shop. After inspection, we found that the car was not suitable for long-term use. We had planned to drive directly from Casablanca to Marrakesh, but because of the car issues, we were forced to stay in Casablanca for a night while waiting for a replacement vehicle. The rental company advised us to drive back to a central hotel in Casablanca and promised to deliver a replacement car between 8:30 and 9:00 AM the next day. Early the next morning, we called the rental company, and they claimed that the driver had already left and would arrive before 9:00, though traffic conditions were unclear and there might be slight delays. After 9:00, we repeatedly called the rental company, and they said they had contacted the driver and he was delayed due to traffic but would arrive in a few minutes. Eventually, around 11:00 AM, they delivered an old and dirty car to us. The poor service from the rental company caused us to waste an entire day and we had no choice but to accept the old car to continue our trip. We demand compensation from the rental company for the delay and inconvenience caused by their improper vehicle arrangements, which forced us to alter our entire Morocco itinerary, wasting time and incurring unnecessary costs. We request compensation for the extra hotel night in Casablanca, amounting to MAD 1264.78 (equivalent to USD 127.74), and a discount on the rental fee for the old vehicle provided.

The service was excellent; just presented all the necessary pick-up documents, and everything went smoothly. There was no aggressive insurance upselling, and the car I got was upgraded to an SUV. It was a 10-month-old car with over 20,000 kilometers on it, but it was in great condition. When returning the car, I had it washed nearby for just 30Dh, and the staff were very courteous. Everything went smoothly. The only downside was that adding an additional driver was a bit expensive, costing an extra 800Dh. The credit card deposit taken at pick-up was fully refunded 10 days after returning the car.

When we were booking the car, we saw this rental company's rating was very poor! Many people reported that the car they received was not as good as the one they booked, and they would find unreasonable faults to withhold the deposit. However, because their rental price was slightly lower, we still chose them. To avoid unjustified charges, we specifically added full insurance costing over 3000 RMB when we arrived at the store! We were assured that any issues with the car would not be our responsibility and would not impact our deposit! However, while in Fes, some people tried to extort money from us and damaged the car when we refused! Now the car rental company refuses to return any of our deposit, claiming there was damage to the car! If we have to be responsible for car damage, what was the point of paying for the full insurance? Also, we booked a Volvo XC60 but were given another car instead! This is very unfair and frustrating! Plus, the overall quality of people in Morocco is extremely poor. I strongly advise everyone not to be tempted by lower prices and choose this rental company. You get what you pay for!

Car had tons of scratches (consistent with the average condition of cars in Morocco though) however the hertz inspector took care to document all of them before we got the car. We were not informed/reminded about road tolls which caused us some complications being ill-prepared with no cash on hand. The hertz inspector also did not speak english and we had to find instructions online how the keyless system worked in our rental car. Upon return of the car there was no signs for rental cars, mostly an airport problem though rather than fault of hertz. Overall we got the car we expected and we had no issues with it during our stay, just some logistics and service around the rental experience that could be improved.

the company didn't arrange the car for pick up at booked location. The location show on google map is incorrect and the staff who responsible for answering the phone incapable of English. The car then relocated from airport branch which is an hour away and totally wasted me 2 hour for pickup. The car came EMPTY tank and I mean real EMPTY. The Dacia Sandero was spacious and I was positively impressed by the engine!which is powerful and has a very good fuel consumption (900km petrol per tank). Said whatsapped me to arrange drop off time and location at casablanca terminal 1. I shared my live location thus the drop off went smooth and fast (5min). All in all Right Cars is highly recommended. The car was really good and the service outstanding!

There are three main issues that made my experience unpleasant. First, I scheduled to pick up the car at 10 AM, and according to the app, someone would be waiting with a sign at the arrival gate. However, by 10:10 AM, no one was there. After calling, I was told someone would be there in 5 minutes, but they only arrived around 10:40 AM (later I learned that '5 minutes' in Morocco could mean within an hour). At least the person eventually showed up, but they barely spoke any English, only French, and their English was worse than mine, which made communication very difficult. Second, they gave us a car that was half the price of the one we booked, which was an issue because we were five people with four large suitcases, but only one suitcase could fit. We booked a Touareg, but they gave us something completely different and much smaller, which was not even in the same category. When we complained, they kept insisting that they advertised 'a similar vehicle' and not the exact model. I asked, 'Is this really similar?' If they gave me a Grand Cherokee, that would still be acceptable. We then reached out to the platform, which contacted them, and after half an hour, they somehow found an old model... How old, you ask? Well, it had 130,000 km and was full of damages! I took over 20 photos of the damage. I told the platform that the car was too old and in poor condition. After discussions, the platform informed me that they could only guarantee the same model, not its condition. Fine, we decided to drive it. But the worst part was that by the third day, warnings for brake check, oil addition, and other alerts appeared. I informed the platform, and they responsibly contacted the rental company, which responded by saying it was safe to drive. The roads were either mountainous or highways. Thankfully, we survived.

They showed attitude and made us wait, attending to others first. In the end, they forcibly charged a $1800 deposit, otherwise they wouldn't give us the car. It's actually a subsidiary of Hertz, and the counter is Hertz. There's a clear sign indicating UnionPay is accepted, but the card didn't work. They claimed it was our problem. We called the bank, which confirmed it was their machine's issue. Then they aggressively pushed their own insurance. Even after showing our pre-purchased full coverage from the rental platform, they didn't acknowledge it and forced us to buy their $2000 insurance. To avoid ruining our trip, we had to buy it, which practically offered no coverage at all. The car pickup process was very casual, took at most 10 minutes. Thankfully, we had read reviews advising to take detailed photos of any minor damages, which we did. The return inspection felt like they were checking if their wife was a virgin—extremely thorough, inspecting tires, the underside, the roof—it took almost 30 minutes. There are many police in Morocco. Just remember the saying 'poor mountains and bad waters make bad people.' They'll scam you without hesitation. Do not speed, always stay under the limit. They especially target Chinese. Some might negotiate while others are very strict. After this experience, I will never visit such a country again in my life. I hope the rental platform will ensure thorough inspections or set up dedicated counters in Morocco.

Finalement, une personne qui n'est pas de la compagnie nous a amener dans le parking désigné et a rappelé les gens de la compagnie pour une 3e fois. Nous avons finalement trouvé les gens responsable. Il n'y avait pas de kiosque avec le nom de la compagnie. Seulement 4 jeunes adultes qui nous faisaient signer des papiers et payer les montants dans le garage sur le bord d'un mur de béton. C'était très louche. Le processus a été très long, mais nous avons finalement récupéré la voiture. La voiture était égratignées à plusieurs endroits mais il n'y a eu aucun problème avec la mécanique durant le voyage.

At drop off they wanted to charge €20 for cleaning and pointed at a paper ion the counter with small letters that stated such. After much convincing they lowered it to €10, still too much but at this point I needed to go.

Rented from this company, but they weren't at the airport, they were at an off-site parking lot. Took us almost an hour to find them. Then it turned out to be a different company that loaned us the car. The old man who came to give us the car seemed to be nearly 70 years old, only spoke French. Match the name and car number, but since the company name didn't match, we argued for another 30 minutes. Why change the company without informing us? The old man was particularly frustrating, had a broken card machine and didn't know how to use it. Wasted another two hours of our time. We missed visiting the mosque in Casablanca because of this. The old man even claimed my card was broken and asked for a cash deposit. Called the rental company and they insisted not to give cash, which took another two hours in the cold. Eventually found a passerby who successfully swiped the card instantly. Such a hassle. Delayed us two to three hours and told us to return the car by 8 pm. He was very unhappy and charged us 150 dirhams for fuel and cleaning fees, saying we returned the car late. So troublesome.

The address on the rental order was incorrect. We made an international call to confirm the address before pickup, and the customer service said it was correct. However, we ended up searching for an hour without finding the place. We had to make another international call, and only then did the customer service send the correct address via email.
