The whole rental experience was great from the moment of pickup to drop off. The car was in min condition and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The deposit taken was low and was released the same day after drop off. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness of the Car interior wasn’t to the usual high standard but as it was only used for the work commute I wasn’t too bothered. Check in and out was effortless compared to other rentals and the staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful.

Annoyed with the excess, policy, cost me more to reduce the excess than the weeks hire. Your policy of blocking the entire excess is not a way of encouraging repeat business. I have an annual policy for covering any eventually. In hindsight I should have left the office and lost the115 pounds instead of reducing the ecxess. I was left feeling robbed and foolish.
