The guy in Saint-Malo was very nice. However, the drop-off location in Rennes was not at the rental office, and there was nowhere to find the address. When I called the office, they said they would send me an email, but I never received anything and had to ask Zuzuche. Customer service said they didn’t know either, but eventually, Zuzuche emailed me the address without telling me where to put the keys. I almost missed my train.
