I booked Axia but they offered me Myvi because no more Axia available. The car model is quite old, but air conditioning all functioning well. Car key remote run out of battery I guessed, because I couldn’t use it to open or lock the car door. Everytime I have to use the car key to manually open and lock the door. Other than that, all works well. Staffs are very friendly and easy approaching.

Car was fine; petrol offer take was not that atractive.

The friendly professionalism of the yellow taxi (van) driver, on pick up and drop off was awesome. I ordered a Kia Ceed, which is classed as a crossover SUV. The Toyota Corolla I was given, describes itself, in its manual, as a sports hatchback, and being a hybrid, carried batteries below it's rear seat and boot. The resulting boot space was pathetic, barely accepting one large case. The second large case, and two smaller cases were placed along the rear seat, a dangerous option in the event of a forward collision.

Interior seating stained exterior scratches and dents.

Reduction of deposit charged 2500.00 for vehicle that was just average. Pick up from rental delayed, used rental service across street to take us to airport

The whole process from booking online, airport transfers, pick up & drop off was so easy & quick. No dramas.

I was genuinely surprised at how easy everything was. The counter staff had me in the car in less than 10mins and the car was terrific! Drop off was so easy too and allowed my family and I to focus all our energy on more important things.

The car had not been serviced and wanted oilchange. Other than that everything was great.

Was a good experience, for reasons that I don't know the company change the car for me I gave me a better car than that I rented.

The vehicle was pretty badly damaged on the passenger side, obviously it had been in a minor accident. The vehicle was dark blue, in a badly lit garage, at night - no one pointed out the damage & it was not marked on the paperwork. Had I not spotted it, taken photo's & gone back to the service desk to report this damage, then i am sure I would have been held responsible. This should have been notified to me when I collected the vehicle.

The car condition hope can improve, the engine sounds loud and the car don't look like well maintained

The pick up from airport was about 30 minutes, they were busy. Otherwise everyone and every thing was excellent.

First time I have used this. Was happy.

The reservation (Ref no.[64591006]) is for a FULL size vehicle but Fox gave me a Toyota Corolla. This is NOT fair.
