2H de retard pour recuperer la voiture
Personnel tres deasgreable
Mauvaise voiture donnée = refus de ma part = menace d’attendre 2h de plus si je prennais pas la voiture proposee
Voiture tres sale : sable, bouteilles vides …
The car was very dirty, lots of scratches marks and bumps, there was a large hose bucket and wash gear in the boot of the car, it was well passed at service state and the fuel consumption probably because of this was very bad,
We were misinformed as it said the pick up and drop off was at the airport when in actual fact being there was no courtesy bus we had to get a taxi and an Uber with a total cost of $75 all in all we may as well put that money together with the cost you charged and gone with a decent reputable company and picked it up at the airport
It was a little difficult to contact staff. Left messages but did not return call. Had to go to the terminal and find Europcar counter. A lady from next door hire company had to look around the back and told us staff were there and would be out shortly. The customer service girl was very nice and friendly and completed our booking.
I already paid the car rental. And when I arrived still charge me 1440 baht for no reason.
And gas not even full fuel. And ask me return for full fuel. I will never book again
the pick up process and waiting time is lengthy especially when there are a few people also picking up. I had to give them information I had already completed during the boking process
First car was in poor condition externally. Within 5 mins a warning light came on and I had to return it. Replacement car also had a tyre warning light come on within 30 mins of driving.
Pick up from airport took over 30 mins
Drop off - I had to wait in the dark for someone to move 3 cars after they checked mine before being taken to the airport.
2 days after drop off of the car where no issues were raised I couldn’t use my credit card - 2100 euro still held against it. Emailed easirent - no reply
I was disappointed that the location had no sedans even though my reservation was confirmed. I was then assigned a pickup truck, but since I was there for a funeral that wouldn't work so they assigned me a van because vans were all that was left. The vehicle was okay, but the odor in the van was not pleasant. I did not complain since it was late and I was just happy to get started for the hotel. My bill should be $275.79 and on my temporary transactions I see a pending bill for $475.79. If it doesn't correct wen fully posted I will be filing a complaint. Lorenzo the agent was pleasant and professional. Thank you.
Even though the staff at the counter at the terminal and the staff at car delivery were friendly, I was disappointed with two aspects. First, I booked a hybrid car, and the staff member mentioned that since I came about one and a half hour early they will not have the car. So I got a normal gasoline car instead. Secondly, the vehicle took more than half an hour to arrive at the delivery station after I reached there, which is totally unacceptable. By the time I received the vehicle, it was only 30 minutes before my original booking time, so there was no reason not to have the exact car I booked. I think they did not have the type of vehicle anyways. I was disappointed with the service. it was not what I expected from a reputable agency like Hertz.

Great service. I would like you to take my issue with Hertz as I did not get the service I paid for.
Not only did you not supply the car paid for we had to wait over 3hrs in line after a 9hr flight to the extent we had to hire a taxi to transport our children to our villa.
We were then given 2 cars, luckily we had another person available to drive

Pésimo!! Me están cobrando en mi tarjeta de crédito estanque lleno, y lo devolví medio!! Estoy muy molesta!! Porque se aprovechan y abusan estando uno lejos!! Además aún no me hacen la devolucion de los 150 us!!
Horribles, pésimo!! No lo recomendaría nunca!! No volveré icn ustedes a rentar.
Noa ofrecieron un upgrdae del coche gratis el cual al final nos cobraron en la factura eso se me hace mentir al cliente.
La llanta trasera siempre a baja de presión eso me hacia perder tiempo cada día tenía que inflarla, lo cual quiere decir que sus coches no reciben el mantenimiento adecuado.
We had to organise our own movements from the airport to the Jucy pickup point as there was no room in the transfer vehicle?. Excuses were made but we spoke to another worker who suggested they are just lazy!. That, I believe.
El coche estuvo excelente el personal excelente la única recomendación es que había poco personal en el counter y la espera para poder ser atendido debe ser menor

Todo excelente lo único que tenia una reserva anterior por un suv con un precio menor y cometí el error de la hora de recogida le escribí a soporte y la recomendación fue cancelar y hacer una nueva reserva y entonces ahí perdí el precio anterior y un vehículo más comodo
