Exceedingly helpful and courteous staff who made the check-out and check-in process simple and quick. Also the shuttle bus operators Tom and Justin were just amazing in their attitudes, helpfulness and friendliness, they're a perfect example of excellent customer service.

The Pick-Up instructions for ORD are misleading:
"From the terminal, you can see the shuttle bus pick-up area. Take the shuttle bus to the store and check in at the counter"
ORD has a tram to get to the car rental lot from the terminals; only airport hotels have shuttle buses. Please correct the instructions to indicate that travelers should take the tram.
Counter staff very friendly, guy at pick up not as helpful Car had seats facing backwards, which was not on the booking and didn’t suit us with some who get car sick , but he wouldn’t swap cars without wanting to charge us . Car condition was good , but set up not good !
Car was brand new - plug-in hybrid. Problem was no AC-DC adaptor to allow fast roadside charging, so most driving was with engine, which was a shame.
Long paperwork process at pick-up and long wait for service.
Hard to find drop off counter at Wellington airport (it's inside, unlike the others).
Great service and great car - no issues at all.
At drop off location, they even used their shuttle bus to drop me somewhere other than the airport (not a big detour though) - nice touch.

The car was a great fit. We got an MG SUV instead of the NISSAN and I'm glad we did. Everything worked as expected and there was a lot of room for luggage in the back. My biggest complaint is that we wanted to pick up the car 45 minutes early due to an early arrival and the rental agent wanted to charge us 50 Euros. The car was already ready to go, so I'm not sure why we'd be charged extra. He ended up reducing this fee for us and I'm grateful, but I'm not sure why we needed to be charged for such a small shift in pick up time. Additionally, I was told by the agent that I'd need a sticker (vignette) for driving across the border into Luxembourg. I spent time stopping and asking about this only to find our that this is needed only for commercial trucks. OVERALL, the pickup was easy and the entire rental experience went smoothly.
We needed to extend one day, but the car was already promised to somebody else. However they made is possible to switch the booking.
We had to pay about 300 THB more, but I'm glad it saved us 6 hours on the road.

All the process is a bit obscure, what QUEEQ does and why it is needed. Next time I will book directly.
Cars are not well looked after. The first car they gave me had a flat tire and they didn't even believe me when i reported it. They have a policy that customer should return the car clean inside out and if not there is a 20€ charge.

Reliable platform. Only I had to pay bumper to bumper insurance at service counter as it did not charge through QEEQ. So had slightly less spending money in country.

I was told the car had most likely the required sticker for going across the border, which it did not have and I paid Euro 40 at the border.
When I returned the car I was told I had to pay an addional 52 Euro border fees, which was all in all very disappointing as my currency is South African Rands which is x 20 in other words I had to pay
R 1840 in addion which is a lot for me !
