They are okay.
A bit passive aggressive. Insurance issue wasnt entirely their fault but this should be clearly communicated to the customer.
Got told there was a disclaimer in their PDS. Ask them to show me and took them 15 minutes to find. So if it takes them that long to locate the fine print. Image how long for your average customer?

The car pick up was very straightforward with little or no ‘sales pitch’ for added insurance etc which was good however I did feel there was little or no information given regarding condition of car, road tolls etc which I would have liked.

QEEQ were excellent from the off.. The on line booking was simple and straightforward and the 1$Us deposit was very welcomed. We paid for the car the day before the pick up and were advised the cost had dropped by over £40 ( presumably exchange rate difference) which was a nice bonus and the refund was in my account 3 days after we returned the car. Also we booked a 4 door saloon and were given a mediumSUV
Car is extremely new with only <1600km mileage. Pick up and drop off are effortless. Service is helpful and detailed in explaining what happened should we encounter accident or require road assistance, and on receiving traffic offences. There is no upsell on any insurance package.
1. The car provided was smaller than originally booked.
2. There was a small problem with the rental car, so we drove back the next morning to change the car, and the car we changed was more in line with the original reservation, but it was an older car.
3.Returning the car is very fast.
Was an ok experience, big let down with the refuelling of the vechile on return. Got charged $35+ for 30km worth of fuel or 6Ltrs worth or 5Lt per 5km.....
When i questioned it i offered minimal answers and justbtold yep

It was Fox rental cars. Car was ok, nothing spectacular and although it was supposed to be full it was barely on the full mark at pick up. The counter staff tried to sell me more insurance which I declined.
“As a whole it was OK and I'd probly cut out the middle man and book direct to save any confusion”

The information I recieved was incorrect,at the airport I was told to wait at E16,E17 infact it was E7 for the shuttle,it also doesn't mention that you have to pay extra to cover any damage to the rental car!
Had to wait forever to get the car. The staff who helped me was junior and quite rude. Would not accept the third party insurance that I have as a benefit in my credit card and asked me to sign a waiver PLUS put a $2,500 deposit down, which I did as I really needed the car to go somewhere.
Will never use Routes again!!
Very disappointing. Car that was booked and paid for ,not available. Had to take an electric car which was an awful experience in Norway in winter, spent half our holiday charging the car. Won't use Hertz ever again.

Well Ok I guess but I can't help but wonder whether we would have got bounced or not if we had booked directly with Hertz
