Fue terrible recoger el auto me tocó tomar un taxi hasta el lugar me salió 40 dólares más . Nadie entrega el auto el auto la camara de retro no valía les dije que me.cambien de auto y no tenían otro más. Al regreso quería cambiar de auto para uno más grande tampoco lo tenían.
No responden rápido los mensajes . Pedí la ubicación del lugar para llegar y me mandaron por escrito en vez de ma dar directamente la ubicación. No tenían a nadie en el lugar. Es demasiado pedir 1000 mil dólares de depósito por si algo pasa y que va a ser devuelto después de 8 días de la entrega del auto. No recomiendo para nada está empresa AZ
Al alquilar el coche no había ningún problema para hacerlo con tarjeta de debito. Cuando llegue a la ventanilla me exigieron contratar el seguro o sino no tendría coche. El seguro costó 7 veces mas que el alquiler.
Si bien no tengo nada que decir sobre el coche porque fue 100 % bueno, me llamó la atención el alto consumo de combustible, habiendo sido conducido en condiciones normales.

When I arrived at KLIA2, I called and a staff member came to pick me up at the arrival gate. A message about the lending procedure was sent to my smartphone the day before, and it was easy to understand.

The drop-off location was KLIA, but it was easy to understand as images and directions were sent to me in advance via WhatsApp. The staff was also very responsive when I dropped the car off.

They don't have an office at the airport, but when I called they responded immediately. The return process went smoothly, although it was in the airport parking lot outside of the office's business hours. The car was a Toyota VIOS with over 80,000 km on it. There were some minor scratches on the exterior, and the interior was not necessarily clean, but there was plenty of luggage space and cabin space, and the car ran smoothly without any trouble.

QEEQ.COM's reservation site was very easy to use and I was able to smoothly reserve a car that met my needs.
The car was not what I booked, they tried to sell it as an upgrade. Received significant downgrade.
The staff not speaking English as their first language made it difficult for them to understand.
The car we received had clearly been in a crash. With obvious cracks, chips and serious scuffs on the rims.
No one at the airport to greet. Had to burn a day of expensive roaming to make one phone call to find out where the pick up guy was. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for him to arrive. Not as described in the pick up instructions.
Car was generally fine (it had done nearly 70,000 km, but was troublesome to start, although it did usually eventually fire. Either needed a full charge or a new battery. Informed the rental agency.
Very disappointing that rental company's policy is to hold on to my deposit (€650) for 28 days even though there is no question of the car being damaged in any way. I don't see why my money should be earning interest in their account for a month.

We were sold an upgrade to a hybrid electric vehicle - but no instructions on how to do this in ITALY. In fact - no points to charge if you didn't have a local card or account! It was useless and we paid so much extra for fuel economy!
THE VEHICLE WAS NOT EVEN ANY ELECTRIC CHARGE WHEN WE PICKED IT UP!
Drop off was terrible. Rude staff member at parking location. He preferred to help local italian speakers first and made us wait even though we arrived first. he was rude when he spoke. Tried to tell me we had damaged the car - until I showed him my own video that I took on pick up. Took a long time because we were ignored and then he made it difficult.
