They actual car's performance was below expectations. Terrible to drive, difficult to park, as there are very limited features in this GM. Previously I had been given a T-Cross, and another time a Kasqar with the same booking. Both cars a dream to drive. Rather NO GM for me again! Thanks

The staff at pickup was very good. At drop off I was surprised at the extra cost for 4 hours. I paid roughly 150 Euros for the 7 days initial rental. I was charged 60 Euros for the extra 4 hours beyond my designated return time. I feel this was excessive.

At first, we got a Nissan Qashqai with a problem in the back seatbelt, which prevented it from buckling up safely. The staff gave us another Nissan Qashqai, but there was a problem with the driver seat that couldn't be adjusted. The 3rd Nissan Qashqai was good; everything worked properly. The thing is that every time we needed to remove our luggage, it was hard. The staff was friendly, but it cost us a 1-hour delay because of all the changes.

The Schiphol branch is better than Europe Car. The staff at Europecar were indifferent. Alamo and Enterprise are actually the same company, felt like I got a good deal. The girl who helped me book upstairs was very nice, and she was also there when I returned the car. The girl who assisted me with the pickup was great too, even joked with us.

The overall service was very satisfactory. The car we received was brand new. After completing the paperwork at the counter, follow the orange corridor to the innermost elevator and go down to level -1, where you'll see the Hertz sign. Almost all car pickups are here. Just find the sign of your rental company. The whole process was smooth, and there were no upsells. I checked the car carefully and took some photos.

Booked a car from Budget, but at the location, Budget and Avis share the same counter. The car we got had the Avis logo. It was actually a hybrid Toyota Yaris, very new with only 2,000 kilometers on it and fuel-efficient. The car was equipped with CarPlay, making it easy to connect the phone for music and Google Maps navigation.

We got a nice car, Hyundai Tucson, a fairly economical hybrid SUV. It was in great condition. Service staff was brilliant. Drop off in Salzburg was a terrible experience as Avis is located in some kind of mini mall with no obvious drop off location.

Good staff, but the drop off after hours is just terrible as you have to park on the street and pay for parking in downtown Amsterdam. Parking is very expensive and there are no parking places. Drove around in circles in the dark in heavy traffic for a while, I then decided to buy (expensive) hotel parking for the night. Also, we did not get the hybrid we ordered, so petrol fees were higher than expected

The efficiency at the pick-up and drop-off points is somewhat low. Although the rental fee itself is cheap, there are additional charges for car wash when returning the car and for crossing borders from the Netherlands to Belgium and from the Netherlands to Germany, which are not insignificant (smaller rental companies can indeed be quite tricky).

Returning the car was easy too, with a gas station right next to the shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is acceptable.
