The explanation was unclear, insurance was aggressively upsold, and charges were repeatedly applied even after fees had already been collected. What was even more unacceptable is that they charged me a pre-authorization fee of €437.4 for the lowest-class vehicle.

During this rental experience, I opted for unlimited mileage, but at drop-off, they charged me over 2000 euros for exceeding the mileage limit. Terrible company. The experience this time was excellent! I've been using QEEQ for many years and have never encountered any issues. For this business trip, I chose to pick up the car at the train station and return it at the airport. The entire process was very smooth. Driving in Paris is indeed challenging, but I didn't face any major problems. Remember to park in secure lots with proper security for safety! The most surprising part was that the car rental company provided a Lexus RX450, and it was a pleasure to drive. Fuel costs for the two days were only around 30 euros, with a driving distance of roughly 100 kilometers.

We rented two identical Peugeot 5008 cars, one needing diesel and the other requiring gasoline. Before departure, we specifically asked the staff what type of fuel to use, and she said 'all diesel,' which completely misled us. The car return location at Charles de Gaulle Airport has changed to the T2F parking lot. We circled around the airport several times but couldn't find the correct spot until we called the car rental company for help. When renting the cars, the staff told us both vehicles (same model Peugeot 5008) required diesel. In reality, one needed diesel while the other required 95-octane gasoline. Nobody informed us of this, and it wasn’t indicated on the fuel caps. This led to us refueling incorrectly and being charged over 20,000 yuan.

The rental company seems to be trying to overcharge. I purchased all the insurance through Zuzuche but didn’t buy the company’s own insurance. When I returned the car, they purposely caused trouble and made me pay nearly 200 euros more. Additionally, during the negotiation process, they claimed I returned the car late, saying that the time spent negotiating meant I had not yet returned it. This was completely unreasonable, and they charged me for an extra half-day rental.

The worst rental experience ever, I strongly do not recommend this company. I had a reservation to pick up the car at 9:30 PM, but arrived at the counter at 9:25 PM. There was no staff available, which ultimately led to me being unable to pick up the car. I had to book another car separately, which also caused issues. The next day, I approached the company's staff and explained that I arrived on time the night before but found no one at the counter. The staff blatantly lied, claiming they were at the counter until 9:30 PM and blamed me for the issue, refusing a refund. In the end, I was forced to compromise.

Quick and efficient. After doing the online check-in, the process was much faster. Upon arrival, I directly picked up the car keys. The car had no issues during return and was fully charged. I asked the staff and dropped the keys into the key box. However, a few days later, the €200 deposit was not refunded, and I was charged more than €800 for unknown reasons.

Everything went smoothly in the beginning, but when it came time to pick up the car, I followed the instructions to the designated parking spot for over 20 minutes only to find a different car parked there. I spent nearly half an hour searching nearby and still couldn't find the car I rented. I called the store's customer service, but they didn't speak English and hung up on me. The staff who helped me rent the car spoke English, so why couldn't they have transferred me to an English-speaking colleague? In the end, I walked another 20 minutes back to the store, only to find out the car was parked in the lot right outside the store!!

This time I did a self-drive trip in France. The car rental company provided a new car with only 1,500 kilometers on the odometer. I drove over 7,200 kilometers in 30 days, and the car was returned without a scratch. I was quite satisfied with the vehicle. What I was dissatisfied with, however, was that even though I had already paid, the car rental company made a mistake with the return date. They wrote the contract two days short. When I discovered this mistake the next day and returned to the rental office to have the contract corrected, the system automatically charged me for two extra days of rental. When returning the car, I was also charged for two extra days of insurance, resulting in a loss of 2,000 RMB.

We booked a Volvo XC60 but were given a BMW X3 ES RK. They said it was the same, and because our English isn't great, we didn’t ask if there were extra charges. Later, we found out there was an extra charge of 600 euros for our 59-day rental. Also, after driving 2,000 km, the screen showed a warning to replace the engine oil. I feel like they gave us a problematic car. This is the first time we’ve encountered this kind of situation, and it's really frustrating. We called three times but no one answered. When we emailed, they told us to visit the nearest Hertz branch to have the car replaced. At that time, we were in Norway, but the Hertz branch in Norway told us that since the car was rented in France, the issue had to be resolved with the French office. In the end, we just kept driving that car until this trip was over.

When returning, drive to the designated underground parking level as indicated by the company. For me, I drove directly to level B4, locked the car, and handed the keys to the staff, and that was it!

Terrible, extremely terrible rental platform. I've rented cars multiple times in China without any violations or accidents. This time, I specifically purchased the highest level of insurance for a trip to France. On May 17th, I rented a car and a 500 Euro pre-authorization hold was placed. Fortunately, I kept the receipt, which I normally would have thrown away. It's been over two months since I returned, and I haven't gotten my money back. After checking my account, I realized they directly charged me 500 Euros. Despite multiple attempts to contact the rental platform, they have not helped resolve the issue. I still haven't received the refund. The car rental company is terrible, and the platform is even worse. They do not take timely action to solve customers' problems.

Got upgraded to opel corsa . Very nice staff . But one of the staff confirmed that any little chip or dent on the car cost a minimum 99 euro to the customer even if Hertz doesn’t fix it . So you have to be very careful and make sure you have recorded all little dents and scratches on the car which was not the case for me . I had to go back and get it reviewed which took a little bit of time . Drop off was very smooth .

On the rental agreement I noticed (a bit late) that I had agreed to this option, which I had not agreed to upon pickup. As a result I did not fuel it up myself, (since I thought the rental company would do this) for which I had to pay an extra charge. This was not good and not clear and not agreed upon rental.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service of Autoclick car rental at Paris airport. I had reserved a 7-seater Mercedes, but upon arrival, they told me that the vehicle I reserved was broken, and they could only provide a 5-seater Ford or cancel the reservation with no other solutions. Actually, I saw a 9-seater Renault in the parking lot. Initially, a staff member said I could have it, but later said it was broken too. It seemed they saw there were only 4 of us, so they insisted the largest car available was a 5-seater. We had a lot of luggage and planned to have a comfortable journey in a 7-seater, but ended up squeezed in a 5-seater. Secondly, when picking up the car, Autoclick only picked up the driver from the terminal, leaving the rest of the party and luggage behind. The driver then had to return to the terminal to pick up the others and the luggage. Thirdly, the car we received had an almost empty fuel tank with the fuel light on, and the pointer was nearly at the bottom. I asked Autoclick to fill the tank, but they said they had no one to do it and that I could return the car with an empty tank too.
