受付カウンターは3〜4人並んでいましたが、Hertsにメンバー登録していたので(空いている)Herts専用カウンターで手続きを。車種は予約時と同じでした。 受付の方も親切に説明をしてくれました。

Had to wait longer than expected to pick up car, otherwise great

Counter staff was friendly, but too persistent. Our insurance was very broad, but we were asked several times to upgrade it and also upgrade our vehicle.

ended up upgrading the car to a larger vehicle. there was a bit of a wait to pick-up, but otherwise the process was good and friendly. The car had not be cleaned before hire (rubbish inside and obviously still dirty on the outside).

Still issues with the water quality as it still leaves white spots when drying. Has been an issue in the big island for years now. Staff at the desk was great upon checkin . Very friendly and professional

Dollar was trying to sell me extra insurance albeit my full AXA insurance, they told me it was not valid

We had a flat tire and tried to reach roadside assistance via Dollar Rent a Car. we were on hold for an hour and decided to drive to the nearest Dollar. Once we arrived they immediately gave us a new vehicle. Although they were very responsive with the new vehicle being on hold for and hour and calling several times to reach someone was not good customer service.

The initial booking was great and everything went fairly smoothly. The only downside was having to wait to collect the car. It was an hour and more. The place was busy. After collection everything was fine.

実際に借りた車はチェロキーではなく、フォード エクスプローラだった。 受付時にバウチャーを見せても、最初からやり直しみたいな感じだった。 少し値上がりということになった。 ただし、実際は荷物が多かった為、よい結果となった。

ミニクーパーのオープンカーを予約し楽しみにしてたのですが、当日行くとミニクーパーは無いと言われGM車かマスタングから選べとかなりショックでした。 支払い時も現地の税金など聞いてないカテゴリが追加されて1万くらい高くて丁度デポジット分くらいだったのでデポジットから引かれるかと思ったら引かれず返却時に係員に聞いても契約書通りだからと言われ時間通りに返したのに早く返したから5ドル引いとくと言われただけでした。 色々と謎が多かったでので気持ちよくはなかったです。 車の使い方など係員に聞いてもあまりわかってなく色々触りまくって自分で分かったレベルでした。 以前借りたナショナルではこんな事なかったので今回の店がダメだったのかもしれないと思いました。 車もどれも傷だらけのボコボコばかりで海外なので気にはしませんでしたが、初めて借りるのであれば衝撃だと思います。 完全に今回の選んだ店はハズレでした。

Just receiving the first car, I found that the car is not filled up, so I asked to them to fill. Then I left the airport then found a strange noise from rear right region. I returned to the airport to ask exchange, which they were willing to accept to a better car. I satisfied the overall response, but it took too long time.

The wait to get the vehicle was long, over 45 mins. but the process of getting the car was quick. The vehicle was perfect for our trip as it was a Golf trip and needed all the extra space for gear. Drop off was quick and easy.

We actually went to the Alamo rental center as they were short staff at National but everything went just fine. Plenty of vehicles to pick from and in good condition.
