The counter agent informed me, upon returning the car after two weeks, that there was dust on the vehicle and I had to either pay $65 or clean it myself. I had no choice but to spend an extra $30 to wash the car. Money isn't the issue, but in a free country like the US, it's upsetting to be treated differently by a Mexican against a Chinese person. This is a very distressing experience!

Booking through QEEQ is much cheaper than renting directly from Hertz on site. The procedures are equally simple, likely due to the difference between wholesale and retail prices.
