The counter staff, female was off hand and rude and very poor customer service. We ordered a Ford Edge or similar, a small/medium SUV and she drove out with a large oversized SUV Chevrolet Traverse. She told us it had internet and never gave us the password. We tried to call Avis several times and got no help. The huge Chevrolet still had rubbish in it from the previous renter and was dirty on the inside especially the windscreen. It had 68,000 miles on it. It was a gas guzzler and we spent an extra $200 on gas because of the car we were given, and didn’t order. The whole experience was frustrating and annoying. If the Avis employee in Phoenix had done her job properly, none of this would have happened. Extremely disappointing, the car was way too large fir our needs and turned out to be very expensive.

Thrifty were short of cars when we got to the car rental centre. However, they made it clear that there could be a up to a 30 minute wait and sourced a car within that period. I was surprised to be told that we were responsible for any breakdown of the vehicle/maintenance during our trip as the cars condition is unknown to us when provided. The car did need some adjustment to it's tire pressure after 2 days and I reported that to Thrifty when I handed the car back.

Felt they were trying upsell on insurance, gas. Had to ask for documents on insurance and had never been asked before. Long line up, moved slowly. Needed train and shuttle to get to site, why not just shuttle? As we felt pick up experience was untrustworthy, wanted to make sure drop off inspection done with us, but employee had a bad attitude and seemed resentful to have to do it with us. Still waiting for deposit to be returned.

If it were normal I wouldn't leave a review. I missed my flight b/c traffic and arrived late. I was expedited to the car and barely cleared the gate at 12pm! It would have been another disaster to be punched to the next day and cost men 200.00 plus sorely needed sleep. Thanks to your staff all went well!

It took too long at the counter - there were 3 people behind the counter and about 18 to 20 in line and one left for break leaving only 2. Took over an hour and a half to get car. Everyone was frustrated

It was a New jeep and we loved all about it. The Young man that helped us gave us the car one hour earlyer and that was no extra. Included a big gps. And he was so nice and polite:) we do not like the way others can be and sell us more insurance and all sorts of trick. The Young man just was so nice

I got an alternative car to the one I wanted. Overall it was very comfortable and an upgrade on what I was expecting. However, it did not support auto/CarPlay which made navigation difficult sometimes as the inbuilt map did not recognise a number of destinations.

Il était très avantageux, au niveau des tarifs, d'aller prendre la voiture au comptoir de Budget à 6 milles de l'aéroport plutôt qu'au comptoir de l'aéroport de Phoenix (33$ de taxi). Économie de 350$ pour une semaine! Un pneu se désoufflait et je suis allé demander un échange de voiture à l'aéroport de Tucson. Même s'il n'y avait pratiquement pas de voitures de disponibles (le stationnement était pratiquement vide), on m'a tout de même offert un véhicule avec le sourire.

J'ai loué cette voiture en ligne. Une fois à l'aéroport plus de voiture disponible. Nous étions plusieurs clients à attendre et à essayer de trouver une solution pour pouvoir partir. Après 2h d'attente nous avons finalement réussi à avoir quelques choses (nous étions en tête de list) mais d'autres personnes ont attendu encore plus longtemps. Une fois à l'accueil ils vous vendent des options qui ne servent à rien (rendre la voiture sans mettre le plein en disant que l'essence est à 6.25$ dehors et que eux en mettent pour 5.25$. L'essence était entre 3.09$ et 5.00 $donc belle arnaque. De plus un voyant s'est allumé au bout du 3eme jour.

Les formalités au comptoir étaient assez rapides mais le temps d'attente pour avoir un véhicule était de plus d'une heure avec une queue continue d'une quinzaine de personnes car il n'y avait pas assez de voitures de disponibles ! elle rentraient au compte-goutte, cherchées ailleurs !!! la galère ! aucune organisation, on a fait n'importe quoi sans se soucier des clients qui attendaient ! Dollar est lamentable par rapport à d'autres loueurs !

Long bus ride to rental car pick up, and due to construction was hard to find the drop off. Car was not clean but was able to choose from a selection of car available. I just so happen to choose a not so clean car.

Overall a great experience with both easyrentcars and enterprise except one small hitch that I was given a compact SuV instead of a standard one. But according to enterprise classification they were both the same category cars and it worked for me so didn't worry about it. Overall enterprise staff was extremely helpful and courteous

Advantage,in my experience has always had well maintained & good cars. The check in person lied to me & said it would be snowing & I needed to upgrade my vehicle. It never snowed by entire time. Deceptive. Also he told me gas was $4 on outside prior to return & got me to pay $56 for a no fill up. Gas on the outside was $2.80. Deceptive. Will never believe reps again.

Be prepared for extra hidden fees. They charged me $300.00 security deposit and were supposed to return it. Never did. Instead they told me that this much for that and this for that. A rental went from 75.00 to around 320.00. I specifically asked if I had to refill gas, I was told that I don't have to and they won't charge me. That didnt happen. Stay away from them. I was so dissipointed.
