When picking up the car, the actual vehicle provided was not the same as the one reserved. Additionally, upon arriving at the parking lot, there was no car in the designated spot. I returned to the counter only to find that Budget had already closed. After asking around, I learned that Budget shares operations with Avis, so I had to go to Avis and wait in line. Everyone ahead of me also had reservations but no cars, so they were sent to Avis as well. It seems better to choose a larger company for car rentals in the future.

Car was exactly as ordered and perfectly clean inside and out. Counter staff extremely efficient and friendly. I am happy that they will rent to an 'older' driver with no apparent penalty! Not really an issue for Avis, but there was quite a wait for the shuttle from the terminal and it was crowded but it was Friday afternoon - and the return to the terminal was fine.

The staff was excellent esp Zahid (backend) and Curtis at front desk. First Silver Lacrosse we got had more than a dozen dings and was in poor shape from the outside. Second Red lacrosse was better but both lacrosse sedans were missin steering adjustment switches. If they get fresher inventory they ll be five stars over all.

El muchacho que nos llevó al renta cars iba a muy alta velocidad y en dos oportunidades estuvo a punto de chocar con otros vehículos. 3. Al llegar al la supuesta oficina era un total desastre, sucia, destruida, mal oliente, los pisos rotos, sin sistema de aire acondicionado. 4. La persona en el lugar encarga de atender al público nunca ni un saludo en más de 2 horas de espera, en varias oportunidades intentamos hablar con ella y nos ignoró totalmente, más de un cliente se fue, no tomó importancia alguna a que estábamos con un bebé el cual lloraba del calor existente en el lugar, la Sra ni se preocupó por decirnos algo al decirle que nos retirábamos, llamamos a un Uber y nos fuimos al centro de renta del aeropuerto. LO PEOR QUE ME A PASADO EN NUESTROS VIAJES CON UN RENTA CAR. No deberían tenerlos en su página.

Had to wait for an hour to get a shuttle. Many regular shuttle buses came and went while I was waiting for the special one. I was taken to a very odd location, far from the regular rental agencies. I was told that their hours were 8-5. I was only in Houston for part of the day, and 100 miles. I had to drop the van at a diff. location. I was told that the 20$ fee would be waived. It wasn't. I called Ace. They never called me back. I e-mailed Easyrentcars.com, and the e-mails were not accepted.
