Counter staff and shuttle staff was AMAZING! The car was a little underwhelming. Very banged up, windshield wipers didn’t work good and it rained so much 2 of the days. The rental car even over heated one day so the shuttle driver came and swapped us a car. But we had to wait for 2 hrs for responses.

空港から電話をして送迎車を呼ぶのですが海外なので携帯もつながらず公衆電話で連絡するのが大変だった。送迎の時間が決められていれば電話しなくて済んだと思います。 レンタカー会社ですが場所は倉庫です。Google MapでもストリートビューでもYESAWAYとは表示されません。 大手のレンタカー会社とは違って契約時もカウンターではなく立ち話でモバイル端末で説明しサインをしました。追加のオプションを勧められることはなかったです。モバイル端末で処理するので突然のプラン変更、オプション追加は難しいと思います。 雰囲気は本当に大丈夫な会社かと思います。 デポジットは200ドルと高額です。この金額にも不安を感じますが、デポジットの返金は返却時ではなく１週間後だそうです。怪しさはあります。 ただ契約をした担当の人はまじめな方のように思えました。中国系の会社のようです。 Easyrentacarsの紹介でなければ利用しなかったです。 デポジットの返金はまだですが、全額返金されれば次も利用したいです。

カウンターでも40分ぐらい待ちました。さらに、車の受け取り場所でもさらに30分。スタッフが少なく、車を運ぶのに手間取っていました。 貸出受付の受付時間順に車を持ってきてくれるのですが、その受付カードが10枚ぐらい並んでいました。

1番安いコンパクト+のミステリーカープランでしたが、2クラス上ぐらいのミニバンをアサインいただきました。 スタッフ配置の関係で待たされた事を除けば完璧でした。

We originally booked a car which was VW Jetta or equivalent, but on the day we were going to be given a Prius which would have been way too small. Luckily, the gentleman offered us a Jeep instead which was perfect. I wonder how we would have been able to fit our luggage into our car if weren't given the Jeep.

During my recent car rental experience, I encountered aggressive upselling tactics that were both unprofessional and based on questionable premises. Firstly, the staff heavily emphasized worst-case scenarios to upsell additional insurance, presenting it as though an accident was almost inevitable as soon as I drove off the lot. This approach felt more like fearmongering than a genuine effort to assist customers in making informed decisions. Secondly, I was offered a Fuel Purchase Option at an upfront cost of $67, under the claim that it would relieve me of the need to return the car with a full tank of fuel. However, based on average fuel consumption for a typical trip in Hawaii, the estimated cost of fuel would likely be under $50—even if the car was used daily. This option, therefore, seemed overpriced and unnecessary. The sales tactic included exaggerating the inconvenience of refueling in Hawaii, including claims that fuel stations were difficult to access or that foreigners might face additional fees due to credit card charges. The most peculiar assertion was that entering a ZIP code at fuel stations posed a significant obstacle, which seemed far-fetched and misleading. These aggressive upselling techniques undermined my trust in the service and detracted from an otherwise straightforward rental process. I would encourage a more transparent and customer-focused approach, emphasizing informed choice over pressure tactics.

When I picked up the car, the staff directly asked me how many people and how many pieces of luggage I had. Knowing their routine, I asked if these questions were because of insurance. He confirmed, saying they were trying to sell insurance. Since I had already opted for full insurance from Zuzuche and had encountered similar tactics before, I refused. Subsequently, they assigned me a car in poor condition—the steering wheel was shaking. When I returned the car, staff even asked if I was returning it or exchanging it.

Alamo need to join the 21st century and recognise that many jurisdictions are moving from physical to digital Drivers Licences. Refusal to add an additional driver who only has a Digital licence (their home state only issues Digital licecnces) plus an IDP was quite an unwelcome suprise.

The car was ready to go when we picked it up. There was slight miscommunication and someone else's reservation kept popping up instead of ours. The car ran great. Only issue was that the wipers were very squeaky.

Pick up was longer than expected with a pushy up sell, it felt like the counter staff were getting annoyed when i wasn't purchasing extras i didn't need or want. They even tried to sell me insurance that was already included as they weren't checking the booking properly. Rental car drop off signage was confusing, as the signs were blue and in plain sight when driving in to the airport, but they change to yellow small signs as you get near the terminal, so we missed the entrance and were taken back on to the highway. This added another 15 mins to dropping the car off so we were almost late. Drop off staff were trying to move the car to begin cleaning etc while our belongings were still in it, luckily we were very organized or it would have been easy to leave something behind.

It was a very long wait at the check in counter. The instructions said I would not be guaranteed a car if I was delayed upon landing & I should call Advantage. I called & the phone just rang & rang. There was a very long wait at the counter...about an hour. The service person was very nice, & said they would put me in another car so I wouldn't have to wait for a my compact. Unfortunately, the car was a Camaro, which was a difficult car for a short person, & the trunk with the very small opening was useless. The staff was very helpful in the garage when I couldn't find the brake release & the trunk release. Return was extremely quick.

Like: We purchased a GO Pass from Costco. Great deal. Make sure to call ahead for reservations. Stayed at the Waikiki Pearl, good clean and basic Hotel, great location friendly staff.Easy car rental gave me a free upgrade to a Altima. We went for a surfing lesson at the North shore, Pearl Harbor,Diamond Head, Rain forest, Kualoa Ranch, Ilolani Palace.

When we booked the car via the site , when we got the rental place , they didn’t have the type of car we rented . They said it was a smart car which wouldn’t fit 4 agykts let alone luggage! We had to pay extra to get a bigger vechicle which we were unaware of having to do especially when the reservation was for a four door sedan like a Elantra . The windshield wipers didn’t work great and the tire pressure light went on during our travel making it very nerve wrecking during a family trip on an island . Customer service was fine though

Renting a car is very convenient, and the staff are very nice. We planned to rent a Mustang convertible, but ended up with a Chrysler convertible. When we noticed the car wasn't in great condition at pickup, they immediately gave us a better one. Both pickup and return are fast and easy!

I booked this after seeing good online reviews, and chose a Volvo model, which is a plus. However, this was the most frustrating car rental experience I had across various islands in Hawaii. First, this company, Envy, does not have a physical store; the car was in a parking spot that we had to find ourselves. The location is okay if you're arriving from an international flight, but from an inter-island flight, it's a long walk. The direction signs for picking up the car were also confusing. The first elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, but the instructions only mentioned the 4th floor, which led us to search the building for an elevator that goes to the 4th floor. Even the information desk people couldn’t help. Secondly, if you have a lot of luggage, it’s quite an effort because there is no elevator going to the floor where the car is parked. Thirdly, as I had a lot of luggage, I booked a 7-seater SUV to fold the third row for luggage space. The car I got had a broken seat in the third row that wouldn’t fold down. I called the customer service of the rental platform, and they said they couldn't guarantee the third row could be folded down, which shocked me. Is this like saying they can't guarantee the wheels are round? They pushed me to contact Envy. Envy didn't answer the phone, unlike other companies like Alamo where you can choose a car and reject or change if there's an issue. With Envy, you only get the one car in the spot. I emailed Envy and got an apology but no follow-up. After this, the rental went smoothly, to be fair. For returning the car, you have to follow the route in the email to the parking garage. There's no GPS address, so if you take a wrong turn, it’s quite troublesome. As for another issue, I haven't fixed the overtime parking fee with either Envy or the rental platform.

The car was decent, but the car pick-up instructions were too vague, causing a significant delay in finding the car and wasting a lot of time. I called customer service, but one number said it was not Envy’s hotline, and the other was never answered. As for the drop-off, I couldn’t find the specified parking lot, so I ended up parking in another lot and then explained the situation via email.
