I liked the model of the car, comfortable and easy to drive. The people at the Avis counter in the Asheville Airport lack professionalism. I never received a receipt when I turned the car in. I would like to have one.

The car back window was hard to see out of because it needed to be cleaned. Otherwise GREAT

Hertz did not have the car for me. All they had to offer after approximately two hours of waiting time was a Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck.

The car was dirty on the outside. Reeked of perfume on the inside. Must have been a quick turnaround. Staff was fantastic.

Hertz over booked. There were three of us there for one pickup truck. Needless to say, I didn’t get that truck. The one that arrived late got it because they called to make sure it was there. Thought that was what a reservation is for. Didn’t get a truck until two hours later. Missed a deadline and will have to rent another truck to finish my project at a later time. Was not happy with the experience. It is definitely going to cost me a bit of money.
