Staff on phone and counter when I blew a tire were very helpful and ensured a quick changeover vehicle. I have not been advised yet if Budget will claim damages from and what the insurance process will be. I think you should be notified if there is an issue or if it is all clear within 24 hours, and any held money returned, not 30 to 60 days as stated on the QEEQ booking.

Every car I have ever rented the spouse has been able to drive without extra expense. I was not happy having to pay an extra 165.00 dollars. Will go back to using Budget.

They kept on charging me daily for the rental that I have already paid for and still put a hold on my credit card
