Car felt very worn, was also dirty and scratched

Picked up car in port canaveral budget office. The office was very crowded... it took 55 mins to get through the rental line. Building not fit for purpose and toilet was not fit for use by human or any known living animal. The shuttle service was extremely slow so we had to use uber (Saturday morning... 20usd + tip to go 2 miles). I guess shuttle service is that slow due to the small size of office and it is better to have people line up in cruise terminal than at the office. Staff were very efficient and polite. Car was very clean and met our expectations.

I was notified to pay a cleaning fee 20 days after returning the car. The provided photo's odometer reading did not match the one at return. If the car seats were really that dirty, why didn't they mention it during the inspection? They said everything was OK at the time.

I booked a Grand Cherokee but they didn't have it when I arrived. I understand that there aren't many full-sized SUVs available, so they generously gave me an MPV model, the Chrysler Pacifica. It was quite comfortable. With a family of three, a big car is indeed much more convenient. There was plenty of space for our shopping and belongings.
