Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient. On the day of return, we refueled the car, and when we arrived at the designated spot, the staff checked the fuel tank, saw it was full, and gave us a receipt showing zero charges. He told us we could leave the car and go. We asked if we needed to go to the counter, and he said no. So we left. Unexpectedly, three weeks later, I saw a $79.95 charge from Thrifty on my credit card with no explanation. Throughout the rental period, we had no traffic incidents and received no traffic tickets. The only possible charge might have been for tolls from Hudson to Cleveland because the car had a Zpass. However, based on my previous experiences of driving in the US, tolls are very cheap and definitely not as high as $79. I've rented from Avis numerous times and never experienced anything like this. Receiving a bill three weeks later is baffling. I've initiated an after-sales service request through the Zoocar platform to see how this can be resolved. Additionally, I advise all Zoocar users not to review immediately after returning the car. Wait a few weeks; otherwise, you might get a strange bill after giving a good review.
