The Hertz car was brand new, the exact model, perfect for what I ordered and needed. It was however not what they were going to give me. The initial choices were years older and not the model I had chosen. I had to go back to the counter to explain I wanted what was ordered which by luck there was in the Hertz Gold area and ready to go. We were so pleased and thankful.

Inside the car was clean, thanks. But the windshield and outside body was not clean.

Issues with payment system. Our credit card could not go thru. Spend 2 hrs before car was release. No contract was given, car not clean and scratches. Car was broken into, glass broken and stuff stolen. Return car on 8 Dec instead of 11 Dec, family was traumatised, no word and assistance or compensation from hertz..not sure what QEEQ can do..very bad experience

I took me 15 min. to find the bus pick up location and which bus to take to the remote rental pick up place. It took another 30 min. to get to a Metro bus that is nor full. We were not in a hurry to reach to our Airbnb. We arrived early in LAX, 11:45 AM. We left the ACE office at 1:08 PM.

The staff was kind and considerate, the process was easy, the car was average, no frills, the radio didn't work. But all-in-all it was a good experience

they charged extra $34 plus tax for an upgrade which i did not requested. when i asked about why the total increased from $64 to $136, the staff said difference was due to tax. the new total was not good value for the 2 days rental, to have rented from a very short of hands car rental company, took long time to pick up and return car.

Even after I had entered my phone number & email address in the Web App and again in the iOS app when I was reserving the car, Rental 24h had no record of me in their computer. As a result, this caused them to have to search for my reservation utilizing MY PAPERWORK. Thank goodness I had the documentation!

Have not used this 24 hour rental before but will book again in LA. Upgraded the car easy pick up and drop off. Saved $25 a day for a bigger car so why not??

Long and slow processing. Long wait time both at rental counter and shuttle. Boarded shuttle with 10 other people but we had to wait over 20 minutes.

The van was old and beat up. Things were broken and there was tape holding up things. There was also a crack in the windshield. We were told the van would be in one location for pickup and she placed it somewhere else. They also gave us a van with no gas.

Like: Deanna was really nice and helpful. We didn't have any problems. Good price for a mid-size SUV for 2 weeks. Car was spacious and in good condition. Airport shuttle was convenient and efficient.
Dislike: We were hoping for a Toyota Rav-4 like in the rental description, but there weren't any.
