They are the worst company o have ever worked with. I waited over an hour for them to pick me up at the airport. The girl was so incredibly rude who helped me. They no no shuttle service early in the morning to get back to the airport so I had to take an Uber. I will NEVER work with them again even if they save me money. So so horrible!!!!!
I got a Hyundai Elantra, about 70k miles, broken liner underneath the engine hanging to the ground. I asked for another one that shows on my reservation, but no more car. Very disappointed
It was a horrible experience. The first car had mechanical problems and was beat up and filthy. I took it back and they gave me another car which was also dirty so they vacuumed it. The girl left her cell phone in the car (she said) and harassed me claiming I stole it when I looked everywhere she said and couldn't find it. She found it when I returned the car (she said). I have no idea where it was. She didn't say. I will NEVER rent from them again.
The branch at Long Beach airport is quite small, sharing its line with National. I've rented from National before, but the information wasn't shared, so no upgrades or choice of vehicle. The car was very new, so overall it was just okay.
I personally think this car rental company offers great value for money. The staff at the counter were quite friendly, though the service personnel when picking up the car were just okay. It was a black lady, and her attitude was passable.
The service was excellent. I changed the return location at the last minute, and the rental company didn't charge any extra fees. They made the change very quickly. Very good. Satisfied.
