Reserved a Ford Fusion mid-size sedan, but the rental company didn’t inform in advance that it wasn't available. Ended up with an old Hyundai Santa Fe 4WD.

I left my iPad in the car, trying to contact with them to get it back but I have heard nothing yet. Please make it easier for lost and found items to get it back maybe? So far still didn’t get any answer or attention from the staff.

The pick-up experience was terrible and cannot be compared to Hertz. There was no Grand Cherokee at all, how many people has Zuzuche misled with the Grand Cherokee?
