The staff at the pickup location was inexperienced and extremely slow. When I asked if the key was for the booked model, she said yes, but they gave me a sedan instead of an SUV. Had to ask again and was told this was the only car available. Returning the car was smooth.

Car exterior was not washed, I agreed to take it that way rather than wait. We went to car wash after pick up @ our expense.

They should have told us that upon return they would need the mileage. Although it was unlimited mileage, they needed it. I felt that it was THEIR JOB to do it, and not the customer. We had to exit the hotel and go to the parking lot to get it.
