Dirtiest car ever rented in my entire life. There was a big sign on the hertz counter stating that the cars are all sanitized. However my car was filled with dust and crumbs and sticky i dont know what. Worst...

Hertz is not fair. I wanted to extend by one day, but the cost of the extension was much higher than renting a single day separately. In the end, I rented for one more day separately, returned the car in the morning, and rented it again, it was the same car.

The rental store is closed on Sundays, so self-service returns are available, but they charge for an extra day as if returning on Monday. I only rented the car for one day but was charged for two. Additionally, the car I received was in poor condition and not the model I wanted.

I was allowed to book my reservation and even pay prior...how ever upon pick up is when I met with complications . where as I could not pay some deposit with my card...your company has allowed a person's to use debit cards but in limited capacity....
