Four days into the rental, I found that a tire had a slow leak. I had to refill the tires every 5 days after that. When I called Hertz, I was told to just come in and that they would replace my vehicle...no problem. But when I got there, I had to spend over an hour...no vehicle except very small vehicles was available and worse than that I was told in robotic fashion bothy by the agent and manager that "according to protocol" I was responsible for repair of the leak. They would not listen to reason or the particulars of my story. This was extremely frustrating. This is not what I expect from a customer-friendly place.
