Truck was not clean, had to spend 20$ at car wash

Like: Dealing with this off- airport- site so much easier on many levels, the best of which is not having to drag suitcases to/from the airport's (what seems like) 2-mile walk.
Dislike: My only negative experience was on the day of pickup, there was only one person to handle customers as the other person had left ill. The process took about 1/2 hour or more, but it was not on the fault of the very friendly agent.
