The price I pay was totally different Freon what it was advertised at the time of the booking. I ended up paying 4 tTIMES more of what I understood I would pay when choosing your offer. Also the attendant did not help. She was not communicative nor helpful with the questions I asked. She didn’t even knew what was QEEQ.

El vehículo tenía más de 50k millas, por ende para un auto deportivo descapotable es mucho. Las ventanillas traseras no cerraban bien al subir la capota y la suspensión estaba un poco maltratada por lo demás todo bien. Podían haberlo limpiado mejor por fuera…

Very slow, long queue for AVIS as usual. Agent couldn't find me a car but after waiting 10 mins found me one which was damaged and not clean. Agent then tried to add on an $800 excess waiver without telling me, luckily I noticed it before paying.

Rental car pick-up/drop-off process was relatively smooth. Car pick-up/drop-off process includes an extra step as shuttle bus brings you from DCA to the rental car center but you must wait for and take another shuttle because Advantage location is off-site from rental center. Advantage's prices are usually lower than those at rental car center, which makes up for the extra time needed. Ensure you factor in a little extra time for pick-up/drop-off when choosing off-site rental car companies.

I was angry to be charged for a full tank of gas, only to find out that it was three quarters full when I turned it on, and within 10 miles it had dropped to a half a tank. If I had done that upon return, I would have been charged.
