When picking up the car, its condition was mediocre with many scratches.         The pickup instructions mentioned free shuttle service from all terminals, but this was not the case. While waiting at the designated spot at T4 and calling, I was told a shuttle would come but after waiting 35 minutes and calling again, I was informed that only T2 and T3 had shuttles. After going to T3, I was then directed to T2. It took another 15 minutes after a final call for the shuttle to arrive, with the whole process taking 2 hours!

        We had clearly informed the rental company that we didn't need their additional insurance. Despite our knowledge, they inexplicably charged us over 100 pounds for insurance. During the pickup process, they indicated that we should pay extra to upgrade the car. We had booked a Mercedes C-Class, but when they learned we didn't want an upgrade, they gave us a Mercedes A-Class, causing a series of changes to our plans. Thankfully, the customer service at Zuche stepped in in time to prevent further losses. Overall, we're very disappointed with this rental company.

The sales staff at the store were terrible! They indirectly forced me to upgrade the vehicle and verbally assured me there would be no extra charge! However, when signing, the additional upgrade fee was included! Scammers! For a 13-day rental, I initially paid almost 5000 RMB, but with the upgrade, they charged an additional 7500 RMB, averaging over 900 RMB per day! At this rate, I could have rented a Range Rover!         The rental company strongly pushed other premium models and insurance. I mentioned I already had insurance and would not purchase more. After I declined, they switched the Mercedes to an Audi and claimed that without upgrading there would be no navigation (although the Audi did have navigation). I had seen the Mercedes model when I arrived, but the company insisted it was unavailable. The service experience was not good. Fortunately, the Audi A5 was in good condition, so I didn't pursue the matter further.

The car was in very poor condition, with no air conditioning, and the key remote was broken, often failing to lock the car. This was the worst car rental experience I've had abroad. They didn't provide a full tank of gas at pickup but charged for a full tank at return. Extremely poor service. Another rental company I used for this trip did not have these issues.

        I paid in full to rent a car for a month, but they said they didn't have the car because I arrived two hours late???!!! Unbelievable!!! I rented a car for a month (Ford Mondeo) and fully paid the rental fee. I was supposed to pick up the car at 8 AM as scheduled online, but my flight was delayed, so I arrived at 10:10 AM at the car rental company (Drivalia). The staff on-site said that since I was more than two hours late, the car I rented had been given to someone else. They asked for an extra £1,400 to rent another car of the same model (Renault Arkana). I requested an equivalent or slightly lower category car, but the staff said there were no other cars available. I had to call the rental platform's customer service for help. After a brief conversation with the on-site staff, the customer service told me I could either not take the car and request a refund, which was not guaranteed, or pay the extra fee to take the car. Being unfamiliar with the area and having no other options, I reluctantly paid the extra fee. The whole trip was affected by this experience.

        My car rental experience this time was very bad. I rented a car in July to go to the UK and returned it more than an hour late. The return location was in Edinburgh and was very hard to find. I used navigation to find the underground car park at the train station, but my husband and friends couldn't locate the return entrance. Later, customer service told me it was fine since I was already on site and the extra hour wouldn't be counted, but I was still charged. The wheel rim was slightly scratched, and after returning to China in August, my £180 deposit was never refunded and an additional £40 was charged, totaling £220. No one informed me about this unclear transaction. I will never use Europcar again.

        Waited half an hour for the shuttle and then another 20 minutes to get to the car rental company. I presented all the required documents as per the platform's requirements and paid online in advance. Once there, I was told I couldn't pick up the car because I needed an international driving permit. I called customer service, and they said they would coordinate. An hour later, they called back and suggested I switch to another rental company like Enterprise. I had to take a shuttle back to the airport and then another to the new rental company. I arrived in London at 1:30 PM, and by the time I got back it was almost 4:00 PM. I had an appointment at 5:00 PM, so I had to cancel the rental. I called a taxi, which cost me 30 pounds to get back to the hotel. It's been over a week, and I still haven't received a refund. An 8+ rating is ridiculous; is this company using us as guinea pigs?

        Booked an X3 but got a Land Rover Discovery Sport, a brand new car with only 1600 miles on it… But the air conditioning was broken! Picked it up on a Sunday and no one could fix it, and there were no other cars to switch to. We had to drive north on the highway with the windows down. Sigh… It's better to choose a big company! The rental company only cares about taking your money and nothing else. Make sure to be well-prepared!

        Booking through the domestic QEEQ website was very smooth. However, the company will try to sell you extra insurance when you pick up the car. You can choose based on your own needs. You can refuse it without any problem. I declined because I already purchased additional coverage on the QEEQ website. I returned the car at Heathrow Airport at 9:20 PM. The staff was very friendly and informed me that their shuttle bus runs at 9:30 PM and they would quickly process my return. Sure enough, they completed the car inspection and paperwork in about five minutes and then took the three of us to the departure terminal. Two days later, the £150 deposit was refunded to my credit card. Highly recommended.

        I originally booked a high-end sedan (BMW 320 or similar), but upon arrival at the store, there was none available in that category. They upgraded me for free to a LAND ROVER FREELAND2, which had only 1200 miles on it and was as good as new. The car was in excellent condition. The staff, upon my request, provided the car an hour and a half early (naturally, the return time was also an hour and a half early). The whole process of picking up and returning the car was efficient, time-saving, and simple. Excellent!
