It was I little confusing having the the umbrella name EasyRentCars, then going to the Budget Counter, only to have my credit card charged by Avis, so I wasn’t sure who I was doing business with. This was just probably just a logistical issue at Fairbanks Airport, but there were no instructions on what to do/park your return rental in a lot that has all the major rentals using the same lot. The signage was good to record mileage, gas receipt ect. But it was absurd to inspect the car in the dark by ourselves (without an agent to witness) both picking up and dropping off. But I’m certain this again is an overall airport issue and not a one off. But at least have the parking lot better lit for all car rentals, our flight departed at 1:45am!

The car was not as clean as rentals from other agencies I've had in the past. Pickup time was a bit long as there were other people picking up at the same time. Fortunately drop-off was faster. Although not as clean, the car was in good condition.

The staff was fine and I didn't have to wait long, but I did not get the car I signed up for. I know this happens all the time with rentals, but I upgraded my rental level specifically to get that car, so I was very disappointed to get a lesser car than what I was promised yet still had to pay the upgrade price.

I swapped for an SUV at this store and extended the rental for three more days. Returned the car at Anchorage airport service point. The staff there were rude, demanded extra tips, and made things difficult for me for three hours. Even though I had full insurance, they claimed the radiator kept running after locking the car and said I was responsible, fining me $200. It was hard to find their parking spot even with multiple detours.

There was no Alamo counter; they partnered with National. There was just a small sign at the National counter.

The pick-up and drop-off process was quite fast. Remember to note down the mileage before returning the car and inform the staff. The car was new, in good condition, and very stable and easy to drive.
