Average service; not proactive in solving issues. Initially said the 7-seat car was unavailable and we had to wait 2 hours. The staff didn't actively find a solution. Eventually, they provided an 8-seat car, which was just adding a narrow seat in the middle row. Additionally, there was a mandatory daily surcharge, which was hard to understand.

The introduction to the rental car was extremely lacking. They didn’t confirm the booking details (there was an error with the drop off location) And they didnt mention you can’t change the drop off location for electric cars. This meant we had to drive 4 hours back from LA to Fresno, change our flights and lose a night at our hotel. This was a major issue for us and was extremely stressful. It could have been avoided if the reception did their job properly.

My rental term was Free tank of fuel but the person at the office of Budget at Fresno airport insisted that there is no free tank deal. She asked me to solve the problem at my rental dropoff at SFO. It took me one hour to change my rental account at San Francisco airport, thanks to the good manager, Eric.

The drop off was extra easy and super fast when i got to the car return lane someone assisted me and got out of there in less than 5 mins! Smooth!
