Car was upgraded without request or comment. There was no Dollar agent at the facility, sign was left to see a Hertz agent. Cannot speak to relationships between companies, but our experience was just super! As a consumer, do not care how good experiences happen, just that they do happen. So, booked with easy rent cars.com, got more and better vehicle than I chose, and pricing was more than fair.

Like: Quick access to the agent.
Dislike: The car rental return was confusing. We followed the signs for return but there was no one to direct us. We drove around and found someone who looked like they worked at the airport. She told us to find a spot, any spot with the name of the rental agency. She also to us to write down the number of the spot and the mileage. Then go to the rental car return sign that is in the arrival terminal. We followed all the instructions and returned the keys to the agent. The return process should be made clear when the car is picked up.

Más claridad en la hora exacta de recogida, para saber la hora máxima de entrega del vehículo, me Cobraron una hora que me pase de la entrega, nos perdimos al ingresar al edificio del Rental car, casi lo que valió el alquiler del vehículo. No es justo.

Received an unexplained bill the day after returning the car. Renting the car for a day only cost over 300 RMB, but the unexplained bill was $120. I drove from Key West to Miami Beach to return the car. Now I've initiated an after-sales request and am waiting for a response.
