I paid in advance, at the counter I gave Budget the wrong card. They said it was declined for the deposit, I thought it was because the deposit was over the amount available on my card. Later, after I rented a car from another agency, I realized I gave them the wrong card. Budget wouldn't take my debit card after my cc was declined. After checking about a refund, a saw fine print that I couldn't get a refund because of my credit/debit card problems. So I am not very happy about paying for a rental I didn't get to use. Also a BIG SHOUT OUT TO BUDGET FOR NOT TAKING MY DEBIT CARD LEAVING ME STRANDED.
