When picking up the car, there was an issue with the tire pressure. After driving for about a kilometer, the dashboard alarm went off, so I returned to the store for inspection. The staff checked and inflated the tires, assured me everything was fine, but an hour later, the tire pressure issue returned. I had to go to a nearby airport to replace the car, which disrupted my entire day's plans. Despite having all necessary emergency reports and replacement receipts, the store and the rental company couldn’t finalize a compensation plan. The rental company kept sending routine emails saying, 'Please wait, we are actively contacting you.' The service level is simply unacceptable.
