The representative followed the rules strictly and did not try to upsell anything. I had prepaid for a full tank of gas through QEEQ (so I didn't need to return the car with a full tank). The agent was unaware of this and insisted on a full tank return, and seemed annoyed when I asked further questions. After confirming with QEEQ that everything was fine, the representative went to the back office and made me wait for a while. Eventually, another person came out to handle the transaction.
