Budget didn't have any compacts, only large SUVs and sports a 2 door convertible. This was what was offered, so managed to make it work with two large suitcases. If you where really wanting a compact (size or extra seats) this wouldn't have worked for you

After providing all the required pick-up documents, the front desk manager of the rental company refused to hand over the car, citing that the order was not placed in China. It was only after calling the Zuzuche customer service that they reluctantly provided the car. I'll never use this rental company again!

No one was at the Dollar Counter at Tucson Airport. Hertz counter helped customers for 3 different rental companies, and line was very long. Vehicle was new and in excellent condition, but prices doubled this year.

Vehicle was in very bad condition The inside has not been cleaned at all. The counter staff added the option without asking me. i make a claim She said she'd do it again On the contrary, he acted very angry with me. Thrifty wasn’t prepared with the type vehicle I had reserved and tried to upgrade me to a van. After some firm discussion, they sent out for one ata different lot. Kept my original price but had to wait.

Unfortunately they didn't have a car ready for us and tried to talk us into a paid upgrade. We were on a tight schedule so the fact that a car wasn't ready and waiting for us and we were to wait for one to be delivered from another lot was unacceptable. in the end they discounted us. this made up for the fiasco in the beginning. They deserve another chance. As for the car, it was adequate, no frills or added features but clean and attractive.
