I chose this company even though it was more expensive, thinking their reputation was worth the extra cost. However, I was shocked by how aggressively the staff pushed insurance when I picked up the car, even though I had already opted for full coverage during booking. When I refused, they tried to take a deposit for the keys, which I also declined. The staff member got really angry and ended up giving us a very old car with many scratches instead of the one we reserved. Thankfully, we had a good time, which made up for the frustrating pickup experience. I booked a Camry but got a very old Nissan.
